"I visited supre chadstone on the 8th June around 8:30pm and the girl with a couple nose rings, responsible for the change rooms was the rudest person I have ever met. Even before letting me try on clothes she said “ you need to hang the clothes back on the hanger” like it’s not her job to do that. She had the biggest attitude to all the customers coming into the change rooms and made everyone fell uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Hope the management does better and let her go casue she’s obviously not passionate about customer service."

"whenever I've gone in to the shop, I've felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. the staff don't greet or ask if I need any help and they give a really nasty glare. I thought it was just me until I talked about it with a few of my friends and they have felt the same way and tell me they avoid the shop. the staff really need to work on their manners and communication skills."
"I was at Supre Chadstone last Saturday afternoon. While in the change rooms, I heard one of the staff members (Effie), on the phone to whom I presumed to be another staff member or someone higher in the job, using highly inappropriate language talking about customers coming to Chadstone after getting tested in the car park. I understand her frustration as I work in the centre myself and I would not want anything to happen to anyone, but as I also work in retail, I will not be unprofessional while working, especially when customers are around and use profanity around them as well. I really hope your staff members will be careful and mindful next time."
