"My partner and I were shopping today in your Chadstone store. What started on a positive note took a very sharp turn when leaving the change rooms. A employee wearing a beige blazer with brown hair began to mutter under her breath and point out my partner laughing about her to another co worker. This is very unprofessional and disappointing to see especially for some who works in the retail space. I hope she can get the right type of training and make sure she does not embarrass any other customers."
"I never write reviews but today I went into kookai on my lunch break for a quick shop as I love Kookai clothes for work! I was greeted immediately and the girls were so nice and helpful. Alicia, the manager was particularly so friendly and accomodating. She made sure that I was looked after, gave me all new items of what I was buying and was genuinely amazing customer service!! She is the reason I will constantly come back to Chadstone Kookai for work clothes!"
