"The customer service experience at this store was extremely disappointing. It seems like I am being singled out by a particular staff member who showed no willingness to assist me with a refund. Despite my polite request for alternative options, she responded in a rude manner, simply stating, "there is no other way." It would have been much better if she had suggested the possibility of store credit, which could be used at a later time. I believe it is essential for the store manager to ensure that the floor staff receives proper training and, during morning briefings, emphasize the importance of leaving personal issues at home and not carrying them into their job. I would rather go out of my way to visit another Dotti store than return to this one."
"I went to the store on Saturday the 10th of June to do a change . Then I went to the counter as I bought another top to my daughter . Cashier who worked at the counter was a pretty charming girl. Thanks Fiona for your excellent customer service skills and your pretty smile. Good work keep doing darling."
"They always have cute clothes on sale and friendly staff. Ruby was particularly helpful and sweet. Will definitely be back!"
"Absolutely fantastic staff, friendly, happy and courteous. My wife bought a dress and I went to pick it up. Bridgett was absolutely lovely and very helpful to my wife. Highly recommend this store. thank you again. Cinzia and Lou"
"It’s always an absolute pleasure to shop in this store, the girls who work here are lovely. Which is why I can’t understand the rudeness of some customers. I was totally shocked today to hear how a woman was talking to staff in the change rooms, disgusting you ought to be ashamed and on Mother’s Day. I’m sure the girls who probably work for minimum wages would prefer to be spending the day with their families instead of being spoken to so rudely. I left without buying anything today because of her nastiness it left a bad taste in my mouth."
