As an establishment and point of interest, we offer a unique and nurturing environment for children to receive care and education. Our institution is dedicated to supporting early childhood educators through our SFDCS Scheme, allowing them to provide care and education in their own homes.

When you enroll your child at Family Day Care, you can rest assured that their care and education will be supervised within a small group of no more than 4 to 7 children. Our goal at Sydney Family Day Care Scheme is to create excellent home-based education and care environments that foster the growth and learning of every child.

We work in partnership with our educators, providing them with support and training to ensure that each child's needs and interests are valued and reflected in quality programming. We also recognize and honor the important role that parents and families play as children's first and primary educators. We welcome input from families to help us create family day cares where children feel safe and encouraged to explore their potentials.

Children in Family Day Care benefit from learning and developing socially, educationally, and emotionally within the security of a small group. They participate in activities that are tailored to their individual needs, including story-telling, singing, playing games, outdoor play, and more.

If you are interested in becoming an educator with Sydney Family Day Care Scheme, we offer a 1:7 educator-to-child ratio for Family Day Care. However, please note that you can only have up to 4 children who are preschool age or under at one time. For more details, please visit ACECQA.
