"Our daughter has been with Sandcastles almost 2 years now and we wouldn’t have it any other way. - caring and highly knowledgeable staff, with low turnover - centre is well equiped with so many toys, planned activities and has a great outdoor area - approach to introducing new food is fantastic - very inclusive and celebrates different cultures We’ve found the team to be incredibly supportive e.g. with transitioning to the next room, toilet training and sleeping needs. So many times when our daughter first started and was struggling with naps away from home, we found the educators and even the centre manager would hold her to sleep in their arms. She has a great bond with all the educators and even those who haven’t been her primary teacher. It’s a great feeling to know that your child will be well looked after and really prosper under their care."

"I made an appointment for tour. Arrived on time but can’t find the way access to the level 4. Called the number which is only a call centre. They were trying to contact the campus multiple times, and even I tried the same. But no one answered the phone. How can be a centre not answering the phone? This really made me concerned about how they respond to the parents for their children in the centre. Wasted 20 mins standing on the street next to the building (poor baby also waiting in pram) on the phone with them (the call centre) to try to contact the campus to figure out how to go to the level 4. Finally gave up, as I had another child centre tour booked. Another 20 mins after I left, they (the call centre) messaged me an instruction of a seperate lift somewhere in the building, but not the first time when I called. Anyway, no time going back to check. It’s strange they (the call centre) can’t contact any staff except the only one reception number of the campus, and it is even more strange the centre don’t answer calls (at least 6-7 times calling). Maybe they are too busy to do so."

The staff are attentive, caring, friendly and easy to relate to while taking my concerns with my son's learning to heart and always keeping me informed on his progress. I will definitely be sending my second child to this centre as well when he is born!"

"My daughter spent 3 years in Sandcastles Chatswood 1. The amazing staff, high quality curriculum and beautiful environment gave her precious lifelong memories. My boy is currently attending in this daycare as well. He is also super happy and learning heaps from his wonderful educators. "My daughter started at Sandcastles Chatswood in March 2017 after a horrible experience at another daycare. After that experience, I was quite anxious about my daughter attending another daycare but the staff at Sandcastles were amazing and immediately alleviated my fears. The staff in my daughters class are wonderful, each with their own great personalities that really compliment each other. The curriculum is one of the best I've seen and they also have specialist teachers who come in to teacher a number of classes including Yoga, Zumba, French and Sports. I'm so glad that we found this daycare for my daughter and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic placement for their child"
