"The shop used to look so much better before they changed management. I remember the previous manager, that 'Asian lady' who some of the reviews here referred to, was the kindest, most helpful and selfless person I've ever come across, whether as a person or as a staff. I could tell that she was a really hard worker and was good at what she did. The shop always appeared to be understaffed, however. She never looked happy working there and always seemed to be troubled, which is a real shame to see that Kidstuff does not prioritise employee care. Their management does not seem satisfactory. I am both saddened and relieved that she has left, because a company like that does not deserve her and is better off somewhere else where she can be appreciated. I could have shopped anywhere that sold cheaper toys, but I enjoyed her impeccable customer service which was second to no one. I will never return to Kidstuff again. This one star is specially for her."
