"Curly haired older door woman was incredibly rude when we complied with the bag check, even though we had made a purchase and had receipt. Your workers have NO right to stick their hands into our bags. It is a breach of privacy and a risk to the worker themselves. Complete arrogance and stupidity. No one else had their belongings rummaged through. And it was a tiny A4 backpack."
"A short hair, old lady staff yelled at me for leaving my pram here. Of course i know the risk that someone might take the pram or steal whatever i have there. But my 16th month old will scream if I’m going to keep him in a pram while going around to shop. And it’s hard to go around following a baby and pushing the pram. BUT, IF it’s NOT allowed, they can just approach the customer and tell them nicely instead of yelling at them and walk away. It’s just rude. It’s 9o’clock in the morning, please make sure to give that lady a coffee or chocolate before she start working."
