The boy at the change rooms didn’t acknowledge anyone, just grabbed the clothes and took them into the change room without even a ‘Hi’, and mask under his nose. Stood there looking very bored and like he didn’t want to be there. Young lady on the floor was friendly and helpful though."

"Purchased a pair of men's cargo pants "Jacks" brand. Lasted 4 months (bought Dec 2017), before a rip appeared long the seam. Phoned the shop to ask what could be done and they said they would replace them. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to do the return and when I got there they told me they were out of warranty (only 30 days). Was told if they weren't such a cheap pair, the warranty may have been longer. They cost $50. Leaves me distrusting quality from a surf shop in general. They have lost me!"
