"This one star rating has no reflection on the salesperson in store. This is directed to management,. I visited the Miranda store recently and spent some time browsing and noticed one lady serving, greeting customers, putting stock away etc. After trying on a blouse I headed to the front counter where the sales person advised she would not be long. I was happy to wait but did wonder why she was there alone. As she was processing my purchase I asked if she was there alone which she replied yes, then asked if they are short staffed due to Covid she replied no they have staff but do not put anyone on the roster. So this poor lovely lady is worked to the bone and having to try and juggle bathroom and lunch breaks with customer demands. This is a disgusting way to treat your staff. I will definitely not be returning to Katies until your start looking after your staff ."
