"I just met this company and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the owner, Frank. Let me explain! My rim was cracked on my Mercedes’ c63 and had been told by multiple wheel outlets “who sell wheels and rims, that my rim was not fixable and I needed a new rim and two tires. I sent the picture of the crack to Frank and a couple other wheel specialists and they all confirmed that it was easily fixable with a simple welding. Frank even told me my tire was still good. I had my fiancée bring the car in and two days later Frank phoned me saying the rim was repaired and the car was ready for pick up. Great customer service! BUT WAIT!! I asked how much do I owe you and he said $152.00. I would have paid 500, 600, or more as I know nothing about wheels and their needs. How is that for honesty? Just wanted an honest wage for the services they supplied. I was stunned! Happy as all hell, but stunned. All my quotes were over $500- and done up to $1700. When Tammie picked up the car, she called me and said how refreshing to meet an honest owner, an “old fashioned REAL MAN”, who took more pride in his services and in human man kind, then simply trying to make a buck.she was stunned after meeting Frank who she said was a true GENTLEMAN! An old fashioned true gentleman. I don’t know Frank, but I will meet him soon, as the list of complete car services they provide, will have me there when my cars are in need as long as I’m in Arizona. What a wonderful feeling at Holiday time to know that there are still some wonderful people out there that believe more in doing the right thing, than simply making money.
