"It was ok. I usually do them myself. But this time I was in a bit of a crunch. I think overall the prices too much for the service. The added services such as checking and adding washer fluid check, etc. didn’t really happen. I’m sitting in my car and no one checked my blades. No one cleaned my windshield as they said they did, I didn’t see any fluid added to the washer fluid reservoir. I did show up close to the end of their shift, so maybe they were ready to leave. Either way, nothing that I would go and wait in line for again."
"Was ok , staff was friendly, purchase synthetic oil, Oil was changed in a timely fashion. My only issue was I wanted the oil change reminder sticker set for 7500 they could only do 3000 said to come back and have fluids checked they would provide another reminder sticker then.. i don’t live in the area but drive by ever few months was looking for a quick lube that i could remain in car as i have dogs.. yeah i get it its a reminder sticker i can change it myself, honestly probably will not be back and go to the other quick lube that i can sit in car that gives me the sticker I want .. just my preference"

"Well I didn’t get a free water my windshield washer fluid alarm went off the next morning that it was low and my tire pressure on all 4 tires was different. Not only that but it took for ever for them to figure out how to service a national account vehicle. I was going to overlook that until the next morning when the other issues came up."
"My car isn’t running like it was before I went to get an oil change. I went back explaining how my car sounds and they told me everything looks fine and “good thing the check engine light isn’t on” highly dissatisfied with the service. Update! I took my car to get an oil change. Afterwards my car started making a noise upon acceleration. I took my car back to the oil change place 3 times. After Big O Tires told me that Take 5 was responsible for me needing a new air filter box and my mechanic also (who has 30 yrs of experience & has never been wrong) told me the same thing Take 5 in Avondale made excuses trying to blame others or wear and tear instead of saying they possibly made a mistake and take care of it right away"
