"Steering my clients away from here. Kings Jeep service care here was terrible. Can't buy new with warranty if you can't go the place you bought it for service. Kent thought it would be ok to battle with a customer and send me home with a check engine light that was not there when I dropped it off. Still havent heard from the Service Manager and they snuck around the Stelantis survey. These are easy fixes in customer service just by being polite and not arrogant. I was not being unreasonable, nor was asking for anything more than getting my car fixed. Not even a loaner did I ask for. I've helped more people get cars from their dealerships than they will ever know but no more. Another hit on this group: I ordered a Hummer Truck and SUV with GMC and gave a deposit for each. Kenwood Dealer group took over Borcherding while I was waiting for my truck to come in. The truck came in and they backed out on our agreed price so they could sell it to someone else for more. I then cancelled the SUV order to get my deposit back on that so as to avoid the same thing. That was in November of 2023. Have I gotten my deposits back? NO!!! I was working with both GMC and Borcherding and was promised my refunds back and now all of the sudden I am not getting a response any more from Steve Camp and the dealer. So I basically gave money to GMC so that Borcherding could make money on my order. At least give me my money back! Not even a thank you for ordering this so they could have it so sell it way above MSRP."

"Bought a used frontier from kings subaru 3 months ago. Before taking del. they damaged door. They said they would fix it. I said OK to fixing door. That was my mistake. Took the body shop 4 times to fix the door, each time they worked on it. They caused more damage to the point the had to put a new door on which I guess takes 3 weeks. I got it back this Friday to find oil all over my floor mats, over spray on the back window and someone was smoking in my truck. This company does not care about you or your car, they just want your money,once they get that you no longer matter to them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. You would get better service from a buy here pay here lot"

"Would give this group 0 if possible. Stay away unless you want a terrible deal, messed up paperwork, terrible experience, even worse customer service, and wanna pay for them messing your vehicle up. They cause an issue, dont worry its your problem, youll have to fix it and i promise they wont own up to their mistake"

"Hands down the worst!!! They will rip you off in any which way they can. Then send you on your way in an unsafe vehicle without batting an eyelid. When you come to find out how unsafe the vehicle was to drive because of the dry rot and tires they refused to do anything about it. Even though it has a 6-month warranty. They told me yes the tires were dry rotted but completely safe to drive on. In what world are dry rotted tires safe to drive on? In addition to that they told me that the leaking tue rod ends are completely normal and it always happens during an alignment. I'm pretty sure they are sealed boots meant to keep grease in and dirt and contaminates out. Bear in mind these are only 2 of the multiple issues with the car. Contacted Subaru Of America to see what they think of the matters at hand. Also been in contact with my attorney if Subaru of Kings Automall doesn't want to fix their mistakes!"

"THIS REVIEW IS FOR BORCHERDING COLLISION CENTER WHICH IS UNDER THE KENWOOD DEALER GROUP NAME. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! I brought my brand new car in to fix a small dent in the passenger side door and touch up the paint. What should have taken a week took a month and a half. I will say that they did provide a loaner after having my car for 1 week and I am appreciative about that however how my vehicle was treated is the issue. It took them 5 times to get the paint done right without eyelets and fisheyes. During the painting my windshield was cracked and a large glob of paint dropped on my passenger side fender. Once those were fixed I noticed black finger prints on my light grey leather interior and a new scratch on my driver side fender. They cleaned the interior and tried to buff the new scratch but it is still visible. They said there is nothing they can do about it and it isn't their responsibility. I said there were photos of the car taken when it was dropped off and that scratch wasn't there. The manager acted tough and said prove it, show us the photos. I will be contacting my insurance for the photos and go from there. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I treated their vehicle with respect and kept it clean and in perfect shape however my vehicle was not treated with the same respect. Never take you vehicle there."
