"I went to RIX for a passenger window repair. At the same time, I mentioned about some oil leaks that I had observed. Next day Rick called ma and said that motor had to be replaced on the passenger side window. I gave the go ahead. But when I looked at the detailed inspection report that he had sent me, I felt that the repair cost would not be worth it and called Rick to stop the order on that part. Even though he had aired ordered, he said he will take of it and did not charge a penny for all the things he did. He is trustworthy and I would definitely recommend him for automotive repairs. He is great to work with!"
