"The overall experience at this location has been frustrating. The staff in the store insisted they can’t correct the issue. It must be handled by corporate. The online quote did not include several items and fees. I was told by two separate people that there was a $100 mail in rebate. There was no mention of requiring their store credit card. Just that I would receive the information with the receipt and I would then mail it in. Unfortunately the rebate came with several requirements that they knew I did not meet from the very beginning. The invoice is confusing and makes it hard to see what you’re actually paying for. I highly recommend you avoid them. I have called several times and have gotten empty promises. They pulled a bait and switch. Quoted a very reasonable and fair price, then when you’re at the counter suddenly you are being charged more. I am still waiting for the return call I was promised. The original contact person apologized for misquoting the rebate and was going to “see what he can do”"
"Pleasantly surprised as this was my first time at Tire Discounters. The newly opened Mason branch has awesome staff. Tim took care of it all from giving right advice to getting the best tires for my vehicle. They even got me an Uber ride home and back instead of waiting. Highly recommended !"
"Slowest service ever at the service desk just needed a tire air leak repaired took over 30 min just to get to the point it went into the shop for repair. But had to stop here couldn’t drive any further. Once they got the truck in it took over an hour to fix the leak seams like they clean more that they work oh ya I was the only vehicle in the shop being worked on. I will think twice before ever going to this tire discounters again. I have used tire discounters in Dayton and in Indianpolis with great timely service. Not impressed with Mason."
