"I was there for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I took a second look at the invoice, NO mention of the tire rotation service, I confronted with the front desk person. He assumed me it has been taken care of. I walked to my car, I remembered that I do have a missing wheel hub cover for one of my tires. And the missing cover tire was still in the old place. I returned to the shop and showed him the picture. He immediately grabbed my key and one service man pulled in my car then worked on the rotation. So disappointed experience, you cannot trust these people, I have been there for many times but afraid this is my last time there..."

I've been to several others where staff talk down at me or try to add extra things that need to be worked on when they don't because I'm a woman. Here, I can trust that the guys will be fair, let me know exactly what's needed, and work with me if I'm not able to afford everything all at once. They go above and beyond with even their standard inspections- at a recent visit to replace my brake pads as per another service center, Jordon and his team found an issue with my front wheel bearings and we were able to get it all done, and now my car doesn't make any extra sound while driving! The guys here are very respectful and I really appreciate being spoken to like a reasonable person, and I'll continue to bring my car here even when there are closer shops to home."
