"I had Auto care appointment on 12/05/23 , I had to wait in store for two and half hours after checking, after that the representative said they cant do the job due to backlog & reschedule my appointment to 12/07/23. When i went there on 12/7 , they said they cant do oil change and tire rotation because the reschedule note was not entered in the system. Finally i had to walk out, it was very bad experience."
"This place is horrible, especially cowboy boots he’s rude to every customer I experienced him deal with. I had an appointment scheduled at 8 and they didn’t start working on my car till 9 am. Avoid this place at all costs"
"You get what you pay for. Get the service done. No extras like telling you when you're vehicle service is complete and ready for pick up. I purchased four new tires from them and now my tire pressure sensors don't work properly."

"Got here @ 630. The auto center was closed. Literally no one in there garage doors shut and the door was locked.. Update: I've been here Friday Saturday and today and each day they say they can't balance and rotate my tires because they have too many cars. No it's because they want to leave early. I literally heard her say to another guy say," I hope she just going in the store this way cuz I'm getting outta here in a half hour" Really?"
