"This agency sold the house to me 6 months ago. My agent asked the selling agent and agency remove house pictures from the internet multiple times. The selling agent already retired, also asked the pictures to be removed (I have screenshots of messages). I called myself 2 times and asked to remove the pictures. First time the front desk person said the pictures will be taken out. Today I spoke to her again, because more than 2 weeks passed, the pictures are still there. But the front desk person seems to like argue more than actually help to solve the issue. She had bad attitude, raised her voice and kept shouting to me on the phone: Mam, Mam.. Just get those pictures removed, that’s all we are asking for past 6 months.The pictures are everywhere - Compass, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin etc. Now I am renting this home and these old pictures doing harm for my rental ad. I will never use this agency as a selling agent again. I am extremely surprised how neglecting and rude they are. Just unbelievable how badly they treat their buyers."
