"The hotel is beautiful. The lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful.Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, but not too soft. The hotel itself was quiet.We will stay again! The staff was friendly."
"Worst place in the quad cities to stay! Bugs of every kind. Broken shower, exhaust fan didnt work, drains don't drain, mold, TV doesn't work correctly, and the staff are a bunch of people whom have no idea how to run a business besides stealing money from the company. Not to mention getting anything fixed or taken care of is a hassle and you'll probably get yelled at or belittled. If you have to stay here I feel so very sorry for you and wish you the best!"
"Disgusting rooms, terrible service, and unsafe. There is broken glass and even nails everywhere in their parking lot. I saw 3 different cars get flat tires during my stay."
"Today, is 9/16/23. I stayed here from the 8th-15th. Now let me tell you. When they say it’s cheap and you get what you pay for. You get what you pay for. They got 2 different prices. 275 a week for an older room and 300 for a newer one. Trust me when I say this that it don’t matter. It really don’t freaking matter. At 275. You’re getting a prehistoric room. And when I say pre. I mean PRE!!!! Room had every single creature in it. So me being me. I said, let me get a newer room bc it might be better. It was not. Woke up one more and roaches were all in my sink. I had to throw everything I had out and start a new. So I packed up my stuff I had and slept in my truck for the remainder for my stay. Oh and before I forget. This hotel has a bunch and I mean bunch of families and ppl that live in there. The walls are thin. They blast music all day all night and it’s just down bad. Good location tho. Just gotta throw the whole thing away and start over fresh and will be successful like the hotels across the street from there"
"After driving 450 miles, my daughter and I were looking for a place and this was one of the only ones with a room available. Unfortunately, we never even got to check in. There were two people, a man and a woman, glaring at us and saying nothing. I asked for a room and they said a price, then recommended another hotel down the street. I don't know if it's because they just didn't like us or if it was for our own safety. Anyhow, we moved on to find lodging elsewhere."
