"Awesome like all the previous reviews stated. Free breakfast was incredible. Mini frittatas, good sausage and potatoes. On our morning they also did (Made to order) omelettes. This place is a great value. And the front desk and breakfast staff were great."

"Great location downtown. It's cool it's pet friendly. I have pets but didn't bring them to stay here. Our stay was literally horrible because the heat/air conditioning unit didn't work and it was 78 degrees in our room. Their suggestion didn't help. Also, there was what I assume was animal poop in the room, see photo. I told staff and the response was no response. My husband thought the front desk girl was high. I don't care if she's high but I do want goo customer service so it was really disappointing. We come to the the QC area often. I will pick the Axis going forward. We had a much better experience there. Even the old Radisson was better."

"My husband and I stayed on the way down to see family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and I liked the decor. The only downside was the train (but only 1 came through during our time in the room) and doors were loud when closed. These two points wouldn't keep me from coming back. Service was outstanding. I didn't get the name of the night front desk person 11/22/23 or the cook/people at breakfast, but they were good along with Allison at the front desk and Krista op mgr. Kudos to management for hiring a great staff. Thanks, Linda G."

"Excellent hotel converted from old warehouse building. Rooms are very spacious, kitchen has all items needed to cook and eat in room. Bathrooms spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable, not excellent though. Not enough to downgrade review though. Self-parking is safe across the street. Near pavillion and arena where we caught a hockey game very inexpensive. Service was excellent from front desk to interactions with cleaning staff in halls. Second time staying here in three years."

"This was a wonderful place to stay! My room was spacious and had a complete kitchen area; perfect for a long term stay. Free breakfast was offered in the morning, along with a social event in the evening that offered free wine and beer! There was also a brewery attached to the hotel, which was a nice spot to stop at the end of the day. It's located near plenty of food and shopping places. The only downside to the location is that it's right next to an active railway. While the train did not disturb me, if you're sleeping in late or going to bed early, you'll likely hear the train horn as it passes by."
