"Molly Maid did a great job cleaning our home. The team arrived on time and was very professional. However we have a pretty large home it took the team a while to get the home. We are certainly pleased with the work done. Our sliding glass doors didn't get done but we're told outside windows aren't cleaned during winter. Didn't know wish that had been communicated, otherwise very satisfied with the end result. We recommend this company to anyone looking to have their home cleaned by a professional company and team of workers."

"Would not even rate 1 star...Cleaning is subpar, I have left notes to make sure certain things are cleaned and they don't get cleaned, floors were still dirty, my house was left unlocked all day. I was told it would take 2-3 hrs to clean the house and they finish in 1hr 15 min. Spoke to a supervisor and nothing changed, will be calling to cancel further cleanings, would not recommend to anyone."

"Unfortunately, I didn't receive their cleaning service. Due to testing positive for COVID, I had to cancel the day prior to my appointment. After all, that's the right thing to do. AND they still charged me a $50 cancellation fee. I would assume their work is good, but I'll never know. This left me feeling bitter. Ohhh ... And when I booked, there was NO mention of such cancellation policy."

"I had a team before that I was told were leaders. They did a fabulous job! Lately I’ve had team 5 and it’s not so fabulous. I always tell them I am most picky about the bathrooms and kitchen. This last time (Tuesday) it looks like the hardly (if at all) cleaned the shower/tub. I asked them the first time they were there if I should take everything out of the shower but they said no, they would do it. My shelves in the shower look like they haven’t touched them. In the corner of the shower was still whiskers where my husband had shaved! I was very upset. I may start looking for someone else. I’m so disappointed. For what it cost my house should be spotless! Today I had Nikki and Sara today (route 2). They worked fast and I was a little concerned that they wouldn’t have done a good job. I have to say, I am very pleased about how nice my house looks. These girls were very pleasant and worked efficiently. Today I had Route 6. I am very pleased with these workers! They did a fabulous job. My only complaint is with the company. Why can’t they let us know the night before when they’re coming?! I like to leave if I can while they are here but I can’t plan anything at the last minute. I realize things change but from the afternoon before to 7:30am the next day they won’t change that much. I had Route 5 today. I really like these girls. They are so pleasant and do such a good job! I would be happy having them every time. I had Route #1 this week and I don’t understand something. My house is 3 bedrooms and I had them only clean the 1 bedroom, plus the rest of the house. I don’t understand why it cost the same as when they cleaned all 3 bedrooms."
