"The commercial building that I own needed significant roof repair/replacement. I called several different roofing companies in the metro area only one stood out as professional and competent. I judged that by a live person answering the phone when I called the business, who immediately suggested a visit to my building site to survey the building and make suggestions. The sales rep was on time, dressed in a clean manner while still prepared to get onto roof to assess scope of project. I received my quote in a timely manner and was quite surprised with the assessment and recommendations. The roofing estimator thoroughly surveyed our project. Instead of putting a band-aid on our leaking roof (by just replacing the roof), they determined the root cause of the leak and damage and included that in the overall scope and quote of the project. I approved the quote, was given a timeline, and to my pleasant surprise the work began the next day. It also continued each and every day thereafter until the entire project was complete. I have two flat roofs and one steel roof, total 20,000 square feet of total roof. "We contracted with the Flat Roof Company (FRC) to repair our leaking commercial flat roof. They installed a completely new tapered system that changed the slope of the roof so that we no longer had standing water on the roof. We dealt with Anthony, and he was straight and direct and let me know of issues as they came up. We have a three-story building with a concrete decked roof on steel trusses. While FRC was performing the initial demolition portion of the roof, they discovered some structural issues that prevented them from properly repairing the roof. Anthony informed me that this was a rare occurance but that they would not be able to fix the roof until all structural issues were corrected. He said replacing the roof with the structural issues would cause severe problems in the future. Anthony then promply refunded me our deposit and told us to call him when the repairs were made, and he would do all he could to work us in his schedule to get the roof rescheduled as soon as possible. We had the structural repairs made, and Anthony rescheduled us within one week of my call. His guys worked Wednesday through Sunday evening to complete the roof and avoided forecasted storms in the next week. The job was completed at the originally agreed-upon price, and we will have a dry building for many years to come. We give 5 Stars to Anthony and the Flat Roof Company."
