"Mr. Delong has lacked follow through on all levels. He was willing to reschedule the first appointment because I had an emergency that would have caused me to be late for our appointment at 10 a.m. He willingly rescheduled it for 2 p.m. He was late for his initial appointment, and did not contact me to let me know that he was running late. I contacted him to see if he was still going to come. After arriving over a hour late for the initial visit ( June 27, 2024) to give me an estimate, approximately 2 weeks have passed and I have still not received an estimate. De Long Construction was featured on Great Day in St. Louis on channel 4. It is quite evident that he does not want or need my business."
