"Mark Gilliam remodelled two bathrooms in my parents' home. He was extremely understanding and flexible with the time frame and changes in the job requirements, did a quality job, and was very responsive and helpful right away when a very minor problem (not even his fault) came up later. I recommend him highly. We have some additional work coming up in the kitchen and plan to rehire."
"I hired Building Technology LLC and Mark Gilliam to complete a painting job for me. The job was so poorly done, my 9 year old son could have been more effective. Paint all over my hardwood. Paint all over the crown molding, casing, and trim. He tried to put the paint on so thick, there are drips all over the walls, the floor, and the trim. When I went to address these issues, Mark (the owner) was combative and defensive opposed to apologizing and trying to make it right. Never once did he say he was sorry. He did acknowledge that it was a poorly done job and told me he would be sending a crew to come fix his mistakes. Only to text me back later and say he would give me $400 back and we could part ways. It’s going to cost 4X that to fix it. He states he’s a Christian, yet his behavior certainly are not in line with those claims. Steer clear."

"I would never do business with this company and its owner, Mark Gilliam. I was a subcontractor for him and he refused to pay. I took him to court and won a $2500 judgment 9 months ago and he still refuses to pay."
