He was very friendly and assisted us in getting both our vehicles cleaned up. Being able to make an appointment is very convenient and the price is reasonable. "Dalton, my service advisor, was great! I called the service department around 10:00 a.m to see if they had time to service my car that day. I was told they could take me around 2:00 and it would take around 2 hours to complete the items I needed. I got to King Honda right around 2:00 and was ready to go right after 4:00. Everything was explained and Dalton was very nice. My husband has a different brand of car and takes his car to that dealership (not Honda) and King Honda has them beat hands down on all customer service items.
