"I went in to get a license plate screw. Just needed one but fully expected to have to buy the kit that contained the screws. An awesome young lady asked to help me and when I told her what I needed, she said “let’s walk out and look at your plate”. She went back in and got a tool and came back out and fixed it without me having to purchase a screw. Outstanding customer service!!"
