"My rating on them is really zero stars. I don’t know how they treat there locals but they treated my as if I didn’t matter or my vehicle. Was recommended by who I will not say but a local for transmission service since they specialize in I thought. They got my car on 08/07/23 and I had to get the police involved to get my vehicle on 09/29/23. That’s 30 days and 3 weeks. I had to file a civil customer complaint with the State of Alabama Attorney General’s Office as well. I drove from Florida to take care of my parents but my license plates are TX. So they know I was from out of town and they took advantage of that. Between that time there was very little communication from them. They called me twice in August with me initiating the call. I was back in Florida. One call on Sept 1 with no pertinent info. I came back on 9-14 and showed up and said I want my car. Josh the manager came out no apology just mumbles something and said it will be done at the end of the day and walked away. That’s when I called the police. They have no integrity and the police saw the workers attitude and so did the tow guy. Which he, Jac was very helpful from Tiger Towing. Maybe it was my model they we’re having a time with but if you’re have issues at least communicate so that I could make a decision as to complete the job. Now all I got is a taken out transmission and parts. Out of towners BEWARE‼️‼️"

It took a while but that's only because they put more care and dedication into fixing it than anyone else. Reasonable prices, and very lovely friendly people too. I would use their services again."
