"I had an appointment to have an oil change. When I checked in they said their was no appointment scheduled. I have a confirmation email on this appointment. Had to wait over an hour just to get it in the bay. They weren't very friendly or hospitable. Just stood around talking to each other in the office. Their was another person that came in and had the same issue as I did. I would appreciate it if something was said to these people, and receive a response about their actions. Thank you in advance, I know this is not a reflection of your company, but it's unexceptional and unprofessional in representing your company."

"I had an appointment for a brake fluid flush and tire balancing. When I returned later that day, I was told there was no charge. Because that couldn't do anything. They said my tires were of different brands, so they could not balance the wheels. And they could not do the brake flush because the brake pedal went to the almost to the floor. In the end, they didn't even offer possible remedies or repairs as if they didn't want my business. I won't ever be returning to them again."

"Phenomenal service! We had to stop here as we had an issue with our car while driving through on our way to Texas, we had called first and they were very friendly and had us come in immediately. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and warmth by all the employees coming in and out. We were able to get a diagnostic of the car within 10 minutes and fixed to our request within 10 minutes of that. Up until we pulled out we experienced great service; friendly, fast and honest. They offer a spacious area inside to wait while your car is being fixed/reviewed. We always go to a firestone for our cars as they are usually always good but this Firestone tops the cake thus far. Highly recommend paying them a visit here!"
