"Wonderful people. It's not uncommon that they get busy and you have to wait a bit, but the excellent customer service is why it happens. I needed a new battery so bad that the jump box they keep in the store couldn't get my car started. The employee who helped me check for a battery pulled up her own car and got mine started. She called the location down the road that had my battery and they were ready for me when I showed up. That's good service."
