"Went in for a basic battery and alternatie check. The man literally looked at me like I was insane when I said I did work on my car. It was disgusting and his best attempt at humiliating me. Like hunny , you need to learn that women do more and know more than how to make you a sammich. I make good money and work very hard for what I have. OH! She knows more than how to stay in the kitchen, what a wonder. Yeah I know how to work on cars. Maybe next time, don't be extremely disrespectful because a woman with a higher education than you knows how to work on cars too. Will never be back. I asked him to check my battery and alternator both were fine I could see on the tester and he tried to tell me I needed a new battery although it could be the alternator "because you probably put it in wrong". Disgusting. The world is already hard enough and men like this make it soooooo much worse."
"MATT at this Oriellys was phenomenal! MyNEW freshman at Auburn had a dead battery which we purchased at Oriellys in Dallas. We were unable to locate the receipt but Matt figured it out and replaced the battery under warranty, even installing it! He went above and beyond to help a 18yr old kid far away from home."
