"The doctor's service was excellent! The staff was late opening the store and did not acknowledge me for 5 minutes. Another employee entered the office and did not acknowledge me. The staff is HORRIBLE! Then when I went to pay and opened my wallet as I was reaching fior my debt card the girl at the desk said WE DON'T take CHECKS! I NEVER was going to pay with a CHECK! Very disappointing!! Your office is only as good as your staff and the way they treat people. I think I will seek another practice."
"Went for an eye exam and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted nicely and all the staff talked very nicely and answer each of my question with a smile on their face. I am the one who asks MANY question but they were so patient and took time to answer and explain everything in simplest form so I understood everything. I had my eye checked by Dr. Belles who was just the most amazing doctor. She talks in a very smoothing nice voice so it feels so welcoming. Just like the staff, she explained everything and used 3d model to show me. You know you selected the best doctor when they listen to you, answer your questions while talking the time so you don’t feel rushed. That was exactly my experience!!! I am already looking forward to my next appointment."
"During my stay in Florida my glasses broke. I was highly recommended this place by a total stranger. The staff is extremely professional, The doctors were easy to communicate with and the service was quite impressive. Unfortunately my glasses were not able to be saved but one of the opticians selected a beautiful frame for me, offered the best lenses for a great price and turn around time was pretty quick comparing other stores that gave me an estimate. This is now my go to every time I visit Florida."
