"I donated blood for the first time in my life yesterday, my wife called ahead to speak with Julie and set up my appointment. When I got there Julie was very helpful in getting me checked in and then I met Wilnery. Wilnery ended up taking care of me and handling my blood donation. She was extremely nice, positive, comforting and has an amazing attitude! I can't thank her enough for the amazing experience and now instead of being a little nervous I am actually looking forward to doing it again! I will be back here for sure and hopefully to see Wilnery again!"

She even took the time to take a paper towel and put it over my arm for when I'm donating because I don't like to look at the blood..She knows how to do her job very well. Maria, Wilnery, and Alyssa always welcome me with a smile on there face, even at 7:00 AM on a Saturday morning. "Out of all the Oneblood's in the area, I love this location the most. I donate on a regular basis as soon as I'm illegible. Not only is the staff very polite and friendly, they are also very professional. My experiences have been with Wilnery and Maria, who always seem to go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and help everyone. Especially with the spanish speaking clients, as this is a majority of Spanish speaking individuals, it's good to see Oneblood having bilingual staff to effectively help those who need translation instead of being handed a paper or being turned away simply because the staff cannot communicate with them."
