"I had my first "procedure" ever done by Dr Arviv and couldn't be happier! I had lost a lot of weight and had a double chin with extra skin so I was insecure about it. I had lipo on my chin and neck and am told all the time how great I look but they just think I lost more weight! Just look at the before and after! By the way, the after photos were taken the day after surgery so that is with swelling! 8 months later its even better!!"
