"My son was recently discharged from the hospital with instructions to follow up with a gastroenterologist. He chose the office of Dr Ronald Levy of the Boca Health Group. Was unable to get an appointment until late September. I called and explained situation. They still had nothing available. 10 minutes later the office called back and said they just had a cancellation in two days and offered my son the appointment. When we went to the appointment we waited a bit and were shown into an exam room. We waited an hour to see the doctor. When I looked at my son’s chart there was a note at the top that said” last minute add on”. This was not true. There was a cancellation and we were offered the appointment. This I believe is what caused the long wait. Finally saw the Dr and he rather abruptly said my son should go back to the ER that there wasn’t anything he could do to treat him. He was very dismissive after a very long wait. Maybe that was the correct advice but the bedside manner was rude and dismissive. Catch 22 hospital said see Gastro doc and Gastro doc said see hospital. Frustrating experience. Will find a new office after my son is cleared."

"Very disappointed with the office staff, called 10 times to schedule a procedure and ended up on hold and voicemail… I have spent more than 2:30 hours and 10 phone calls and no luck of scheduling a date for procedure. The doctor might be great but the office staff is disappointing with their service."
