"My husband and I went to get our rapid covid tests here on 24th of Dec. and we were explained everything and we received our results within an hour. My husband had to go last week since he wasn’t feeling well to get tested and he was advised since their was a high demand for testing going on they told him it could take at least 24 hours to receive results. He received his results by 9pm that day. My father in-law was taken on Thursday to get his rapid test for his trip back home and we got his results by 3pm that day. This is not a scam, we witnessed people being rude and impatient to the staff. We are grateful this center was open and we didn’t have to wait in long lines."

"Went today around 12-12:30pm , I called before I showed up and was told 1 hour wait time. 8:50pm still no results. Also this place is very unorganized and chaotic. I don’t think I’d trust my results if I did get them. I’m not even sure these people are really trained professionals, this was the sketchiest COVID test I’ve ever taken but I was desperate. Just go to the hospital If you can I wish I thought about that sooner. Update: it’s 9:30 am the next day and I still have no results. I have called 3-4x to inquire and have gotten no answer. Goes straight to.voicemail like I’m calling a personal cell. Final Update: I called and finally got to someone, who told me they had a “system” issue yesterday and for me to TEXT him my name and dob and he will forward to the site and they will re issue the results. "The experience of getting tested was very fast and streamlined. However, I've yet to receive my rapid test results. Got tested around 1:30 pm and even though it was a rapid test. They told we would get them by 5pm at the latest, but here we are at 6:00 pm not knowing the results. Edit: got the results at around 9:00 pm"

"Honestly everything was fine with the site quick and easy till it came down to the results. I was exposed to someone with COVID and need my results before I can go home to my son who has lungs problems. They said I’d have My results before 5. I’ve literally been sitting in my car waiting since 1pm it’s now 7:10 no results and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours and they are telling me my hold till is 130 min which is another Teo hours this is absolutely Ridiculous if the results are available in 30 minutes I don’t understand why 6 hours later I still have not received them and the site is now closed"

"Was the easiest thing to do. I drove up, they came out to my car, no insurance necessary, no appointment necessary . You just need your drivers license, I received my Rapid Test Results right there, and they confirm with an email so if you need to show proof you have it.. Was great.. they also do the PCR test at the same time. I received within 72 hours by email.. Easy Peasy"
