"My overall experience was “ok” for the most part, the staff were really nice/respectful! Couple of concerns/dislikes I had though. First, I knew it was going to be a waste of time driving there due to them not really understanding why I was referred to them. Second, they didn’t accepting my BayCare Cigna Insurance. Third, the genetic testing that they make you do when you get called to the back and finding out afterwards that you will be charged for it. I normally read reviews before going to an important place/appointment like this and of course you have the good vs the bad but one particular review stood out to me where the person mentioned they will definitely make sure they collect something from you! That was absolutely true, so just be aware! And I also had a “Free New Patient Consultation” referral that my provider gave to me specifically for this location and yet still left being charged for something I had no idea about until after my appointment was over."

"My wife and I have been patients of Brown Fertility over the past 3 years. My wife has had surgery, multiple IUI's and rounds of IVF. Although the results were not in our favor, we have always been very pleased with the overall experience provided. From the doctors to the office personnel and billing department, everyone was attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond throughout our journey. The staff answered all our questions and explained each step of every procedure thoroughly. We visited the clinics in Orlando, Tampa, and Winter Garden, and had a great experience at all locations. We primarily worked with Lindsey and Dr. Duffy at the Tampa office, both of whom were outstanding. Although we have taken a break from our fertility journey, if we decide to return, we would not hesitate to work with Brown again. My wife and I highly recommend this office for their exceptional service and care."

"My experience with Dr brown was amazing. He is such a sweet and understanding person and his staff is great. My husband and I went to see him about 3/4 years ago on our journey to getting my tubes untied so that we could have a child. After about a year of finally deciding to go though with it, we had the surgery done in June of 2022. I then became pregnant that next January but miscarried and again in June and miscarried in July. But after careful planning we are happy to say that as of April 2024 I am now 13 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy due in Christmas day. We are so blessed and couldn't of done it without Dr brown and his amazing team. Thank you so much for all you do."

"Nita has been a wonderful experience to be seen! Makes me feel comfortable during blood draws and checking vitals. Lindsey who does the embryo trial transfer and checking the uterus has been very comforting as well. Lastly we can’t forget the receptionist her name is Taly, who I see in every appointment and is very welcoming early in the morning. Brown Fertility is definitely worth the 5 stars."

"The clinic was very assertive and attentive to questions. In the first visit they told me exactly what I needed to do and began to set me up for blood work so we could know how to proceed. Throughout my time I’ve had 2 great coordinators. One of them was Brandy M! She was very nice and answered emails right away with any concerns I had. I recommend this clinic!"
