"Over the past year I have been going here, for some reason having to do with insurance, my appointments did not process until now so I have accumulated over $300 dollars worth of charges. $50 dollars an appointment is understandable and affordable but I cannot currently fork over all that money. I called to get put on a payment plan and could not reach anyone so I let it be until my next appointment when I could go in and get with someone in person. Now, I am not able to reschedule (or schedule if I did not already have an appointment) because I have a balance over $100. I did not let this accumulate, I got charged all of this money at once. I like Dr. Kavi and she has been very helpful but valuing money of a patients health is wild to me, especially when I did not just choose to let this accumulate, I got hit with a large number of charges all at once about 3 1/2 weeks ago. It just makes me sad that now I have had a reoccurring migraine and cannot get in to see my doctor because of money. I feel very put off right now. Just make sure you can pay your bills all at once when going here because you won't be able to get an appointment if you don't and you won't be able to get in touch with someone to set up a payment plan. UPDATE: I got a call within 45 minutes of posting this to set up the payment plan. I planned to go to my appointment this week but received a voicemail Tuesday morning threatening me to take down this initial review. They said "if you wish to come back to the office we are requesting that you modify or delete your (this) review". I found a new doctor immediately and requested a transfer of all medical records to her. I have the voicemail to prove this accusation as well. Upon calling back, they said "your problem was fixed wasn't it?" I said "no, my issue was that my healthcare was kept from me due to 300 dollars (a measly amount to a doctor) that was not accrued on my end and was not a result of me being negligent". My only goal in posting this as someone with chronic problems is that other patients are not treated as I was. I'm sure they will try to cover this and say that somehow it's my fault but I was nothing but pleasant before and paid for nerve block up front amongst other things. It's just very sad that the result is me being threatened from simply telling my truth on the matter. Thanks for reading."

"I LOVE DR. KAVI! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kavi for about 3 yrs. She has helped me navigate my new normal. She has been a cheerleader for all my small achievements. She has been there with the care I’ve needed both medically and emotionally. She was a rock for me when I was stuck in a hospital during Covid times and outside visitors were prohibited. She is the neurologist you never knew you needed."

"Minimal wait time, I was pretty much seen withing 3 minutes of arriving. Front desk representatives were polite and prompt. Dr. Kavilaveettil was super patient with my questions and had such a polite and real composure. Her explanations and listening skills really put me at ease during what could have been a nervous visit."
