"Worse service I have ever experienced. No one seems to know anything nor do they comunicate with each other or their patients. My mother took a nasty fall the other day and went to the E. R. She followed up with the home care provider the next day and got the run around. No one has come to check on her. She is in a lot of pain and needs help to get to the bathroom. Divine said they set up a care facility only to find out , they never spoke with them nor did my mom qualify for the place. My mom didn't find out any of this till she got to the care facility and was turned away. I have called their office myself only to be told " I don't know so and so handles that, but he isn't in right now" This is not services it is neglect."
"I found the services of the Physical Therapist, Maribel, very professional and the exercises and all the great information she gave me about my posture while I do my daily routine have helped to improve my back problem. I have learned a lot of how to avoid hurting my back. I am very grateful for her services."
