"Unprofessional & unreliable. I scheduled with PerfecTouch through ClassPass, where PerfecTouch advertises and allows scheduling of their services. My appointment was confirmed by PerfecTouch the morning of. While traveling 30 minutes in traffic to my appointment, I receive an email cancelling my service just 21 minutes before it was to begin. I cannot attest to the quality of service, since I never had my services performed. But if you’d actually like a massage- I suggest looking elsewhere."
