"Was looking for a place for my 15 year old daughter. Individual therapy wasn’t enough but she didn’t “qualify” for any type of residential care. Insurance was no help at all because they give you a list of crisis centers which isn’t what she needed. I stumbled across True Health and am so glad I did. The group therapy really made an impact and the team worked with the parents as well so that we could support her. She did the outpatient therapy for about 3 months and made huge leaps and can recover quickly from any setbacks. I am so grateful to Andrew and Team."

I wish I could find some criticism to help them to get better, but I honestly can't think of anything that they could have done differently or better for my daughter. My son was diagnosed with deep depression at the age of 14 and with the help of the whole team my son is depression free now. True Health offered my son "Intensive Outpatient Program" which lasted 8 weeks from 3 to 6pm every day. The team showed a lot of care and compassion; they are also very knowledgeable and outstanding professionals. They were able to help my son to be happy again. Their therapies are efficient and works.
