"I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the office's professionalism. I was prescribed Accutane for my acne, which required enrollment in the iPledge program. When I inquired whether they had prescribed this medication before, both doctors and nurse practitioners affirmed that they had. However, upon receiving the prescription, I discovered that I had not been enrolled in the program, preventing me from picking up the medication. This discrepancy implies that I have been misinformed about their prior experience with Accutane prescriptions. This situation, I believe, raises ethical concerns and reflects poorly on their practice. Moreover, my interaction with Andrea, the staff member at the front desk, was less than satisfactory. She was unhelpful and unkind, suggesting that I wait to speak directly with the provider. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing."

"The Dr never explained my results. He handed me the paper. I asked questions but left feeling like I didn’t understand my results. He was more concerned with eating lunch! I got more answers from google.I don’t know why I wasted my time or money. I still have no idea why I can’t eat certain foods but the test says negative. We’re going to do a blood test to double check. I wanted a blood test first because apparently they’re more accurate but again I didn’t find that out from him and he would not do the blood test first. Very disappointed and I still feel like I don’t have answers."

"Dr . Salim needs re-education in patient privacy. He stood behind the reception desk and asked me a question very specific to my treatment at his office across a crowded waiting room when I was seated at the other side. His staff also scheduled my appointment at a different location than the one I had been visiting and did not tell me the location of the appointment, causing me to drive all over Tampa. It took 3 people to scan my medical records. Their copay receipts do not show what you are being seen for. They did not give me any paperwork or access to any electronic records of what was done during my visit. The person giving me a treatment, asked me if I needed medical testing done before the injection (they should know - I am not the medical professional). They also were going to administer an injection without waiting the appropriate time frame. I have never had such poor patient respect and untrained staff in my life. Please don’t go here."
