"I am writing to let you know how happy I am with the job that Randy Baruh has done in finding me a new and excellent home. I have known and worked with Randy for several years. He sold the co op that my late wife and I owned in Brooklyn Heights. We were unable to find a new place to buy, so we rented a wonderful apartment in Carroll Gardens.
