"I have been down to the Brown St UPS twice in the past 2 months. 1st trip a tractor trailer cab was parked in the handicapped spot. The second trip was 4/17/24 and an employees was parked in the handicapped spot. It was 9:10 am. They are not open yet, but you can drop off pre-paid packages. They have some great drivers, and some who don't care. Oneonta has a bad problem with people abusing the handicapped spots in many businesses. Nothing gets done."
"this place should get a zero. they have a great driver but zero service as far as caring about their customers getting their deliveries on time or daily shipments. i’m trying to run a business and you can’t deliver daily because i’m considered a rural route???? for over 25 years i got daily deliveries and now they can’t handle delivery? this company should just shut the doors and close! this has been going on for over a year and they can’t figure it out. way to go teamsters i can tell you voted for the liberals that want the government to take over your ways of living"

"Delivery promised on a specific day/date. UPS when the package isn't there: "We don't deliver there on those dates." Me: "You shouldn't have accepted the day/date in the first place then. How are you going to fix it?" UPS: "We're not." Me: "Excuse me? You took money to do a job, failed to do it and won't fix your mistake?!" UPS: "Yup." and hangs up! Don't ship with brown, obviously the color represents the quality of service provided."
