"I called in today fretting, and Crystal was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She picked up on my tone and realized I was feeling stressed about the cost of my print job. She took the initiative and reassured me that the costs would be reasonable and that the privacy of my print job would be ensured. G-rated folks, haha; anyway, I was delightfully greeted by such a light worker in the midst of my journey to helping my community, though these are the beginning stages. Crystal played an essential role in my path, indicating I am precisely where I am supposed to be. In short, UPS Store 6676 has an amazing worker with Fantastic Customer Service skills, and they did a perfect, clean, and timely print Job. The affordability was exactly what I needed. "Negative environment. The moment you walk in you are greeted with dirty looks and attitude before you even say a word. This place lacks basic manners. The employees act as if they do not want to help you and as if you are inconveniencing them. Every trip into this store has been unpleasant."

"The staff at UPS were wonderful to work with. I needed to print several things for an event. Crystal was fantastic and helped me work through the pros and cons of how I was planning to print things. She ended up saving me a lot of headaches and produced a great product for me! She was responsive, helpful, and professional! Great things to say about all of them!"

"Avoid for professional printing/online ordering services. Spent $80 on full-bleed flyers to be picked up the following day. Rather than printing on the large format Canon printer as ordered, they were printed on the standard Konica printer - aka what you can print on a home printer. While the staff was apologetic, they refused to reprint the material on the correct printer. They tried to call the store manager three times but they did not answer. This was at ~2:00PM on a Saturday. I was told to come back on Monday but opted to call instead because it's over an hour away. Multiple attempts to call the store resulted in stonewalling from whoever answered - 3 days in a row. They repeatedly took the same information. No callback. No refund. No attempt to reprint or fix the issue. Literally still haven't heard back and it's been nearly 2 weeks. Disputed the charge with the bank instead. The kicker here was they repeatedly tried to claim they don't offer the product I ordered while I was standing in the store - next to the product I ordered hung on the wall printed to the edge as advertised. The guys were nice, again, but the store needs new management. Very disappointing."

"Update: Even on a cold and rainy Monday morning the staff was welcoming and friendly. This store offers more services than just shipping. All shipping needs, computers available to print, copies made and of course personal and business mailboxes. I use this store frequently and have always had a positive experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. They keep their cool even when overwhelmed by the number of customers as well as customers' bad attitudes. All the packages I've ever mailed from here have arrived at their destination in a timely manner."
