"The crappiest customer service ever. Cashier purposely dropped another customers drinks into the bag with the worst attitude ive ever seen a cashier have. Was standing in line for over 5 minutes waiting for someone come to the checkout. I suggest everyone use another dollar general. Dirty store also."
"Very helpful staff members always willing to help locate items when asked if it got moved to a different aisle or if they have it in back the willing to go check.inside they have a freezer section / refrigeration area plus your regular foods and merchandise that go on shelving for storage as well as displayed in ways all heights and ages can see everything from your folks and knives to car materials as well as both wet and dry foods as well as treats toys colors leashes etc for your pets. Soaps, shampoos, over the counter medicines and vitamins for humans.ect..."
"The place is a mess and the lot is crawling with sketchy people and junkies. Lock your card for sure. Some of the staff are solid. Usually treated with kindness. Not sure how they do it after dealing with thieves and scumbags all day"
"Once Allan passed away which was a huge hit for everyone, this store is a hot mess. I feel like I work there if I pile up products of expired so badly 6 months to 2 years expired. Most people don't check dates and apparently the person putting the stuff out don't check but people use or eat this stuff and it's dangerous. The manager is outside most of the time and the one skinny guy works hard. Everyone else nope. I hope something gets done about this store because it's sad how bad it is. "Dollar stores are known for being very messy, dirty, and seriously understaffed. I have been in this Oneonta store twice. It is without doubt the messiest, dirtiest store I have ever been in. I have been in bad stores in cities like NYC, Chicago, etc and this is the worst. There is more inventory in boxes blocking the shelves than their is inventory on the shelves. Where is the Manager, District Manager, Vp’s, Pres., CEO, Oneonta, Otsego, and State health departments? Doesn’t anyone have any pride. How can good conscientious employees hire in, or work there. No wonder they can’t get and keep good help. This is just my honest opinion. Don’t believe any store could be that bad, just check it out anytime. (Check your codes if you dare buy anything)"
