"Well ... Interesting. Came here to get play sand for my grand daughter. Everyone was convinced that it in eisle 11. I was fortunate that one older gentleman knew exactly where it was...on the opposite side of the store."

The manager failed to provide any help and left me wasting 4 hours of my day over a sander rental because their payment system was down. Over 20 years of being a customer there and no help. Manager and the drugged lady should be fired!"
"This store is awful. The aisles are cluttered making it hard to get around or get to items. The staff is rude. If they see you walking towards them, they turn and walk away. One of the people "working" self checkout acted like we were stealing, because we asked for an item to be removed. The item rang up $60 but was marked $25. He swore several items in our cart we hadn't scanned, scanned them again, even though they were clearly on the screen, then said he was going to void our transaction and do it himself. As we paid, he asked if we needed help loading our vehicle. I had a leg injury and we had several heavy items, so we said yes. We waited at the door for 15 minutes and were told the person that would help us would meet us outside. No one ever came. This store should get negative stars."
