"People who work at the station are never accurate with information You call and ask for information on bus routes and very rarely are they correct."

"It is a nice inexpensive way to go from Oneonta to Cooperstown for as little as $7 both ways. Having buses that run every hour and a half hour make it somewhat convenient to get from one end of town to the other without causing Mass. The only downside is if you do not have exact change for the bus the drivers can't give it to you but at the office they do have a coin dispenser as well as a dispatcher that is always willing to help with making change or pointing out which bus route and schedules. Just for Oneonta alone there is at least six Mass public shuttles. Going east end,and west end, Southside, River Street, Cooperstown and of course the Sunny campus/University. For some of the routes they have it set so you can use the bike racks as well as the buses all having a lift system for helping those with disability still access mass transit. They line up in front of the military recruiters office across from salvation army thrift store as well as the little full-service gas station/mechanic shop"

"OPT allowed our company to put advertisements on their busses. From start to finish OPT was transparent, flexible, had great rates, every communication with OPT was professional and pleasant. We had one concern that was not even their fault and they accommodated us well. 10 Stars."

"They either don’t stop at the actual designated stops or spend an obscene amount of time waiting at them. Some of the drivers are extremely rude and do not always wear masks. Walking is faster and you won’t be insulted by some middle aged nobody getting some kind of power trip from driving broke college students with no other transportation option around."

"Most of the time I have a good experience. Probably the most reliable public transportation in town. Definitely more so than any cab company. Most of the drivers are great some of them are horrible though. There's a bigger gentleman who usually drives the Southside bus and he is so rude and just miserable. I've seen him snap at multiple people and I usually don't even speak to him and get anxious anytime I see he's driving. Any issues I've brought up to the office though have always been taking care of properly though can't blame them for taking anyone they can get with everything going on in the world."
