Brian the office manager is as well another great person. He will make sure that everything turns out great . Please remember if you have a problem, get ahold of Brian and let him know what the problem is. He will not know if there's a problem unless you let him know."

"If I could give this company a minus 5 stars I would. #1 They completely tore up my backyard with their medi van even though I have a huge driveway and area to park.#2Their driver forgot to put the lap seatbelt on me and when he slammed on the breaks I went flying through the air hitting the dashboard and slicing not only my forehead but the bottom of my foot 5” long. The driver said I refused to wear the seatbelt. I have NEVER refused. #3 consistently canceling my ride the morning of my appt. Leaving me without a ride. The list can go on but you get me drift. Stay away from this company if you can."

"i personally have never had a problem with late pickups or dropoffs, the call times can sometimes be a little long and the cabs can be a little bit dirty, but generally, they get you where you need to go when you need to be there. the cab drivers are generally very nice, talkative and the service is cheaper and more reliable than uber or lyft around the area."

"They were suppose to be here at 7:45 I'm still waiting it's 8:18 now my appointment is at 9 and is an hour away. So thank you. I had a postpartum appointment today that I'm probably going to miss. I was told my ride was on its way and then when I called back again the lady said she'll let dispatch know when I told her they still weren't here. So disgusted."

"Over the phone conversation was wonderful. Booked a taxi weeks in advance to be sure it would be there on time as I had a tight schedule and needed everything to work. He canceled day before because of weather concerns, while i was already far on my way there. Not even a foot of snow was predicted. I gave him benefit of the doubt and tried yet again, booking days before. He canceled Not even half an hour before he was scheduled to come. If it weren't for a kind lady who's friend drove me to the bus station, I would have lost hundreds of dollars on top of what I had paid the taxi guy. I also called A&D after he canceled on me to try to get a last minute ride and the guy on the phone said I could get one until I said it was to binghamton, he replied he wasn't allowed and can't help, bye. Overall, it was not a good experience at all."
