"UNLICENSED ELECTRICIAN HOT-WIRED MY WOLF STOVE AND IT WAS NOT GROUNDED! Also, they threw the tipping point bracket underneath the stove as well leaving me and my family in danger of the stove tipping on us when opened. We found these problems by accident and thankfully no one was hurt. Chipped all bathroom wall tiles, then attempted to strong arm us into using his supplier so he would not have to re-purchase our expensive designer tiles. Did a full gut renovation in a 1960's building but did not level the floors prior to installation. He told us leveling materials are costly! This too had to be ripped out and re-installed but again not without a lot of resistance over the course of 2 months! Chipped shower tiles and covered up with globs of grout (SEE PICTURES ATTACHED). During the TEN MONTHS of working with him, he went through 3 bookkeepers and has NO FOREMAN. Not only does this contractor not want to pay for a foreman but he's rarely on-site. After months of working on my apartment, the door staff did not even know who he was. And last but not least, he drilled 12 holes into a unit below despite warnings from the super. This list of problems is exhaustive and by no means conclusive but you get the idea. Poor workmanship, safety hazards coupled with a lack of supervision and absentee contractor. Run don't walk!"
