"Love the new tower. Delivery team was great - we had the space cleared for them and they worked quickly to do the install. One issue - at time of sale we requested there to be an extra long power cord to come with dryer and an extension for drain pipe. Not only did these not come for install - there was no power cord at all! Luckily our old ones could be used …"

"Customer service here was fantastic. Ryan helped me track down a manufacture replacement freezer even though I doubt it was part of his normal day to day role. The guys that came to install were great as well. Friendly, patient, and took time to explain some things to us. It was a long day and a seemingly challenging replacement and fix but they saw it all the way through on a Friday afternoon. Very happy with Big George's service."
"Our salesman Chad Adam’s was very up to date on all appliances and took his time until we had made our decision on the right refrigerator. Our delivery men Rob and Andrew were great they were very careful in taking out the old appliance and careful in bringing in the new one. We are very happy with our whole experience with Big George’s and will definitely use them again."
