"Horrible customer service experience, the woman at the counter would not return our item that had clearly not been worn and still had tags on it. She made multiple rude comments to me asking if I wore the item and when I told her I had not worn it only tried it on she said "would you buy this" "you clearly wore this" and then said she was going to get an item off the floor that "clearly looked better than the item I was returning." I cannot believe the experience I just had at this location and she should not be working in customer service. When I called after leaving to speak with a manager it unfortunately was the same woman. We won't be back at this location and will only shop at the one in Ypsilanti from now on."

"Some people are clearly not meant for customer service. Whoever was at the cash register could not seem to (or want to) help us with a return. I went in with my fiancé and the lady was making very rude comments to us saying the garments (clearly new with tags) had been worn and eventually looked at me and said “I was talking to him” when explaining the situation. Never got our problem resolved here and went to a different store where they gladly helped us and apologized for our experience. Update: thank you to Luna for recognizing how uncomfortable we felt, and for that reason alone, saved our experience to some extent."

"I'm so grateful to the manager Luna who helped me in a tough situation. I had to order clothes for my mom from another state while she's recovering from an illness (long story!). Anyway, Luna spent 30 minutes with me over the phone picking out clothes that would work and processing the order so we can have someone pick them up to deliver to my mom. Luna definitely went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"On my receipt it says I was charged for 10 items and when I arrived home and opened my bag… I realized I only had half of the items I purchased. I always shop at this TJ Maxx location and this has never happened to me. If you shop here, make sure you get ALL your items!! Moving forward I will be more aware when they are bagging up my items. I wish I got the name of the women who rung me up.."
